Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from -1201 degrees from normal in the West to -1128 degrees from normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 28 degrees in the West to 26 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from -810 degrees from normal in the West to -762 degrees from normal in the East.
